Return & Exchange Process At The Bath Nut Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!
Bath and body merchandise can not be returned because of hygiene concerns related to potential contamination once the product is opened or used. All other merchandise can be returned within 10 days of the original order date.
All online order returns, refunds and exchanges must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via support@bathnut.com or you can give us a call (833) 4BATHIN | (833) 422-8446.
Please note, any health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To begin the returns process, please send an email to our customer service support team at support@bathnut.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item and reason for return/refund.

As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.

If the order qualifies as approved for return/refund, our team will be sending you a return label to your email address.

Package your return using the return label from our customer service team and drop off at a UPS facility. You need to use the return label sent by our customer service team. Do not send returns to the original address.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any kinds of non bath body items,

Refunds
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.
We offer refunds if you meet the following:
(1) Items must be sent damaged, broken, in the same condition as you receive using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives.
(2) Email us at support@bathnut.com (Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund).
Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.
Order Cancellation
All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Personalized gifts cannot be canceled or modified at all support@bathnut.com.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered.
